Depending on the brief, we can support product photos, videos, inspection notes and practical feedback before shipment.
Do you handle shipping?+
We support the handoff from production to your preferred freight or logistics partner. Details are confirmed per order.
What should I include in my first inquiry?+
A product name, brief description and estimated quantity are enough to start. Images, links and specifications are helpful but optional.
How quickly will you reply?+
We usually reply within 24 hours. If more information is needed, we will explain what is missing.
